The Oaks Event Center was designed with spectacular views and special events in mind. Our array of meeting and banquet amenities, delicious catering and professional event management capabilities makes the center an ideal location for events of all types, with a variety of attractively-priced packages available and the option of customizing a package to suit your needs.
The Oaks Event Center is an elegant venue conveniently located in Fort Worth/Burleson, Texas. We are situated just south of Fort Worth (15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth) on the beautiful Southern Oaks Golf Course. We offer multiple indoor and outdoor settings for your Special Event. From our exquisite presentation of food to the exceptional service and elegant atmosphere, the Oaks Event Center is the perfect location for your private event needs. Our commitment is to provide first-class planning, quality cuisine, and service that makes your event unforgettable to you and your guests.
Facilities and Capacity
OAKS FULL BALLROOM

We can accommodate from 150—320 seated guests /425 guests-Cocktail or Theater Style in our elegant Oaks Ballroom located in this picturesque venue. It features a spacious, open layout that can be customized as you see fit. It has elegant, modern décor, a full stage, dance floor, and audiovisual capabilities. The Oaks Ballroom is professionally designed and traditionally decorated for all occasions. Our Emerald Green Golf Course and magnificent grounds offer ample opportunities for picturesque wedding party functions, wedding ceremonies, and special events under the stars. Whether you are toasting a wedding, or to chair a corporate meeting in one of the private rooms, Oaks Ballroom has the perfect accommodations and excellent cuisine for everyone.
OAKS 1/2 EAST/WEST BALLROOM
The East Ballroom features a panoramic view of the Southern Oaks Golf Course and features a full stage, dance floor and seating for 100-120 guests.
The West Ballroom features a view of the Patio and the Golf Course and is perfect for smaller events for 70-100 guests.
PATIO
You can exchange your vows or have a party in our gorgeous patio with a spectacular backdrop of rolling hills and open spaces. The outdoor patio boasts 2 beautiful Texas Limestone fireplaces surrounded by the manicured Southern Oaks Golf Course. Kick back and unwind with friends over cocktails and appetizers in the evening while enjoying magnificent views of the Golf Course.
CORPORATE BOARD ROOM
The Gardens Boardroom is a stately, executive conference room with panoramic views of the Golf Course featuring a magnificent conference table and leather chairs, with seating for up to 12 guests. Wireless access, AV, and plenty of places to work make it the perfect spot for your exclusive business meetings, and Employee Retreats.
For your comfort—Golf /Tennis Sessions, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner can be arranged with our Special Events/Catering Coordinator

GARDEN OAKS ROOM
The Garden Oaks Room is a perfect location for reservations for Micro Weddings, luncheons, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and birthday parties for up to 80 guests and has a stunning view of the Golf Course. Garden Oaks Room creates an air of prestige, elegance, and privacy with delicious food.

BRIDAL SUITES
We offer spacious bridal and groom suites on-site with private bathrooms, so your entire bridal party can relax and get ready before the festivities commence. The Bridal/Groom suites are just absolutely amazing and will allow you to de-stress for your special event.

Our venue can accommodate up to 425 seated/cocktail guests and features stylish architecture and an elegant, modern interior. Here you will find other great amenities including, Wi-Fi, full audio-visual capabilities and a stage which offers room for a live band or presentation. The large, open layout allows you to customize the space to your specific needs. We have a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the Golf Course for ceremonies. His and hers, beautifully appointed Bridal Suites to relax before the event.
